What is the working principle of submersible axial flow pump?
2020-Apr-10Before talking about a lot of knowledge about the submersible axial flow pump, today we will tell you about the design structure and working principle of the submersible axial flow pump, I hope you know more about it, let's take a look at it:
QZB type submersible axial flow pump, the pump section is composed of four parts: inlet horn, impeller part, impeller shell and guide vane body. Submersible motor is a fully sealed dry asynchronous motor, the shell closes the motor, the upper end of the motor cable outlet has a static sealing device, the lower end of the motor cover at the shaft has a rotating sealing device, submersible motor has all the safe and reliable performance of submersible operation. There are monitoring, alarm and protection devices for seal leakage, coil and bearing temperature rise, which does not affect the early leakage of the normal operation of the motor (only alarm). When the coil temperature exceeds 135℃and the bearing temperature exceeds 90℃, power off protection is used, and all protectors are monitored by a submersible pump special protector to ensure the safe use of the submersible pump.
The submersible axial flow pump wing is suspended in the fluid. When the fluid flows at a certain speed, negative pressure occurs on the wing surface and positive pressure occurs on the wing back. The positive and negative pressure are related to the shape of the wing, the Angle of attack (the Angle of the wing back and the direction of the flow) and the size of the fluid velocity.
If the fluid is not moving and the wing is moving in the fluid at equal speed, the back and surface of the wing are subject to the same positive and negative pressure as before, that is, the surface (above the wing) is negative pressure and the back of the wing is positive pressure. Under this pressure, the wing will gain lift.
If the airfoil is fixed on the rotating shaft, the propeller is formed, and the propeller cannot move along the axis, when the rotating shaft is rotating at a high speed, the airfoil (the lower side of the propeller) has a suction effect due to negative pressure, and the back of the wing has a drainage effect due to positive pressure, so a suction row causes the flow of liquid (or gas). This is how axial-flow pumps work.
The above is the working principle of the submersible axial flow pump. I hope it can help you.
